Arjan Blanken

Arjan Blanken is a performance psychologist and an occupational and organisational psychologist. He is the founder of MijnWereldBaan and author of the book Vind je WereldBaan; van werken vanuit je Hoofd naar werken vanuit je Hart For more than twenty years, he has supported professionals in profit-making and non-profit organisations. He helps employees who no longer feel fully in the right place, are at risk of reaching a dead end, are experiencing changes in their work or are at risk of redundancy. The focus is on putting the heart first to find the role that is the very best fit.
