Moniek Wolters helps people and teams flourish and creates art with words. After a long career as an economist and manager at the Ministry of Finance, she made a career change in 2012 to become a coach specialising in leadership and transition. She also writes poetry and has published three collections: Ertussenin (2019), Laklaag (2022) and Paleis van Asperges (2026). She uses the themes in her collections for inspiration sessions, readings and workshops. Poems and images from her books are also well suited to exhibitions.
