If your real work only starts once your working day is over, we’ve organised things pretty badly. I’m Cas de Morree, founder of FOCUSFUEL and a Microsoft MVP for Copilot. I speak about the nonsense that keeps us from getting on with our work. Being busy isn’t an achievement to me. Why do we discuss the same action points every week that no one has managed to get to? And why are we using AI to send even more emails? I use the technology extensively myself. But doing bullshit faster is still bullshit. I speak on stage the way I speak around the table: straight-talking, with humour and the occasional swear word. My tattoos come along too.
